This year I have decided to put a project into the Texas State Fair. Best that can happen is that I win a ribbon, worst thing that can happen is that I get some feedback on my work. So...what did I enter? My Mother-in-law's Autumn Leaf Pi Shawl designed by Kay Meadors.
This is one of my favorite items that I've ever made & the one that has caused the most gasps from other knitters. I hope it's worthy & I can't wait to see what happens. I got my entry so I bring it the weekend of August 13-15. I'm sure that will be cause for many stories here.

Holy. Cow. Incredible.
It is beautiful - I bet it wins!!
Absolutely beautiful! If you don't win, then the judges need to be spanked with aluminum knitting needles ;P
